2 prenatal visits to assess your needs and desires for the birth, define and
understand our expectations of one another, and provide you with useful tools
for labor and birth

Help creating a birth plan to help you clarify your preferences for birth and
explain the options available to you

phone and email support throughout your pregnancy

Provide information on childbirth classes in the community

Access to my library of childbirth materials to support your learning in
preparing yourself for the birth of your baby.

Constant support throughout the entire delivery by:
Giving relaxation and breathing guidance
Creating a positive birth experience (music, aromatherapy, etc...)
Acupressure, massage, help with positioning during labor
Incorporating your partner and family into the birthing experience

Help with initiating breastfeeding

Birth photos and written story of your birth experience

Accompany through c-section

Assistance in unexpected outcomes in providing support, guidance, and
information

Postpartum consultation to celebrate the birth of your baby and go over any
questions you have about the early postpartum stage.  
I also work as an artist and can provide a mural for your nursery or other
room in your home as well as belly casting and other commissioned
